Only out for the money, either over pricing or claiming you’ve received services you haven’t. Ignore emails, refuse to provide proof then send threatening letters out. Take your pet and your money elsewhere!

My dog called Bobby had an ear infection we got him to the vet the second we noticed he was acting wierd. I hoped the vet would do something but he euthanasiad him and threw him in a bin I'm going to sue them soon
Staff are lovely. Trouble is they don’t do home visits. This resulted in an emergency, out of hours, trip from Bathgate to Livingston with our dying pet (large dog). When I phoned and explained we would struggle to get him into the car, it was suggested that we ask if any neighbours could help. The worst experience for any pet owner rendered multiple times worse by the vet failing to offer this essential service. Riverside advise they stopped home visits during covid ……
Used Riverside for years and always find them extremely helpful. Vet we seen was very informative. Didn't feel rushed and showed genuine care for our pup. Well done Riverside Bathgate, keep it up!!
