I have used this vet practice for 25 years and always found them to be very helpful. I recently had to have my elderly dog pts and they were great throughout.

Terrible. Lack of professionalism and knowledge from staff. Giving wrong treatment, to which it has been clearly explained the symptoms but somehow decided to ignore them. Additionally they charge you an extra fee of Β£60 when you start a care plan with them - this fee is pure invention giving that VetforPets in other UK cities don’t ask for this. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

We had an emergency with our cat (thankfully he's going to make a full recovery!), and the team got us seen incredibly quickly. Everyone was friendly, and the vet was both compassionate and clear in explaining what was going on. We’re really grateful for the care and support we received during a stressful time.

Honestly cannot rate Vets4pets enough, we had to make the most difficult decision for our Holly, it was time to cross the rainbow bridge, the team at Vets4Pets are so kind and thoughtful and i just received a card in the post which absolutely means the world. Thank you all at Vets4Pets

I couldn't ask for more - the vets are helpful, the appointments are easy to schedule, prescriptions are easy to renew. They did emergency surgery on one of my dogs and end of life care on another, explaining every step of the way. I've now said goodbye to two of my dogs and the vets and rest of the staff were kind and understanding. They are doing great work.

I phoned at 6.30pm on Friday 16th December, I had a very poorly dog, and there was no hesitation to Oscar being seen, even though they were due to close shortly. The care Oscar received remained at the highest level. Full check, bloods and a scan were carried out. I can’t thank the vet (Natasha Watson) enough for the care and compassion she showed Oscar and myself. Thanks for everything!

I do like Vets4Pets and the vets in particular are always very attentive to my dogs needs. I do think sometimes more communication between the staff could be better as when I went to pick up my dogs flea and worming tablets I was told that they were not ready to collect as nothing was in the diary? I explained that I spoke to around 3 different people beforehand who were dealing with this and I was told it was sorted and to come and collect? I went in on the Thursday although I was told they would be ready the previous Monday? I was then told I would need to get my younger dog looked over by a vet as she had not been seen for a year! I explained that I had seen a vet 2 weeks prior to this for my previous dog and had taken her with with me at the same time. The vet explained what might be better given her weight. However it was sorted on the day thankfully and because my younger dog was visiting a vet in January it would be okay? Strange! I was told it would be brought up at the next meeting. As I say more communication between staff would be good.

Tess has arthritis in her knees, she’s an older dog now. Adam has known her since a puppy and has a good grasp on her health issues and what we’ve discussed in the past about her. He always gives her a good check over, he prescribed pain management meds for her. He found the positives in that other than her arthritis she’s doing great. That made me feel much better as I was extremely worried about her. Above all else, Tess loves him, she’s a Dobermann who isn’t that interested in other people but always happy for Adam to examine her and goes to him for a fuss. He always explains things on peoples level, which I value. It’s so important to trust your vet and I trust Adam implicitly. Brilliant vet. I also saw Nicky in the passing and she came and had a wee chat with Tess. Another valuable member of the staff.

Very friendly and reassuring. I've asked them lots of questions re my pet's health and they've always had the patience and time to answer them making sure I understand what they're saying. Have always put my pet first and spent the extra time bonding with them before any care. Can't thank the team enough for their time, dedication and care over these last few weeks
