“I booked 4 weeks 1-2-1 puppy training with Marion and it’s the best thing I could have done for my puppy Forrest. He’s learned so much in this time and loved every minute with Marion. She helped me with any questions I had and is such a lovely, kind woman to work with. I will be booking more sessions with her soon when we can get out walks as her knowledge has been invaluable and can’t wait to work with her again.”

“Bryan and his team have been doing puppy visits for our golden retriever Banjo since he was just 11 weeks old whilst we are at work. So far they have been absolutely brilliant and Banjo seems very happy and comfortable with everyone. They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. I would definitely recommend We Love Pets Livingston to others and will continue to use them as Banjo grows up and can join the other big dogs on walks!”

“This place is a gem! You'll get all kind of food for your dog there, from raw meat, bones and chews to a selection of healthy dried reward snacks. Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I visit the shop regularly and get all the food for my dog there. Prices are very reasonable too. They serve for other pets too, but I only buy for a dog so can't comment on this.”

“Trip to Pets at Home to get some treats for Alfie, as it's his first birthday tomorrow, 4th August. He does like to have a good sniff around at the vast choice of produce on display. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“I couldn't ask for more - the vets are helpful, the appointments are easy to schedule, prescriptions are easy to renew. They did emergency surgery on one of my dogs and end of life care on another, explaining every step of the way. I've now said goodbye to two of my dogs and the vets and rest of the staff were kind and understanding. They are doing great work.”

“We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made such a difference to our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, but it was the staff that really stood out and made the experience special. The check-in was smooth, the team was always happy to help with any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great base for exploring the area, with good transport links nearby, and after a busy day out it was lovely to come back to such a relaxed and comfortable place. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A big thank you to the team for making our trip so enjoyable!”

“Very handy location just off M8. Rooms are clean, food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is great at good price. Very friendly staff. WiFi is terrible and staff don’t care, I assume they want you to buy the premium WiFi but in this day and age there’s no excuse for poor WiFi. Small detail. Bring and extension cord, there is no power by the bed to plug your phone charger in”

“What can I say about these two amazing, passionate females. For a whole year they tendered for my over energetic Carlos. Always punctual and caring for him. Polite and compassionate. Especially when he started become unwell. They were their for him until the end. And when the time comes for me to become a mumma of another best friend then the woof pack will be be called to help me through it.. Thankyou girls. Xx”

There has been some recent staff turnover which has resulted in bitter reviews from associates and I am saddened that these reviews can be so damaging to this professional business.”

“I was at billy for my dog as she has been taking fits he gave me a month worth of tablets he is the best vetenarian I've ever met he isn't in it for the money he cares emmensly about the animals and there wellbeing ive been coming to billy for a good few years before ive been to a few vets before I started going to billy you can see the other vets were in it for the money the were wanting to do blood test that cost over £200 then the medicine and injection thats without a fee for just seeing my dog it's disgusting what the charge if they were all like billy the veterinary world would be a far better place he is an absolute gentleman knows what he is talking about when you go to Billy's practice it is very homely its got benches for you to sit on its got water outside for the animals when it is raining there are umbrellas outside for everyone so many people go to billy with there pets he is the best I would highly recommend to everyone to go to billy im not sure but I think his son works with him as well he is fantastic as well the two of them are all about the animals not financial gain thanks again billy for seeing mya your a star”

“Jess and Aimee were absolutely fantastic with our little chaotic border collie during the puppy classes. We would recommend these classes to anyone. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and made the process fun and engaging, which it should be. We will definitely be back for the adolescence classes. Sorry in advance for the barking!”

“Went down on the off chance to see if we could get booked in on the dates we needed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a man called Gary who was probably the most pleasant and helpful person I’ve dealt with in a very long time. He was extremely helpful… patient… and very informative and had an answer for every question we had. And some very helpful suggestions with regards to booking in the future. The place itself was spectacular in my opinion. Very clean… modern and so welcoming. The other kennels we went to see just looked grim and over crowded compared to this place. We booked our dog in for a day visit straight away to see how things go but I have to say I was blown away by the facilities on offer and the attitude of the staff”

“We have been bringing our dogs to Jacqui at K9 Friends for over 20 years, and we could not imagine a more professional, caring, and skilled groomer. Over the years, she has looked after several of our much-loved dogs - some sadly no longer with us - and we have always had complete confidence that they were in the very best hands. Not only are her grooming skills outstanding, but she also offers home boarding, where we knew our dogs were cared for with love and kindness while we enjoyed much-needed breaks. She always puts the dogs’ needs first, treating them as if they were her own. Now, with our 16-year-old Yorkie, her patience, compassion, and expertise mean more to us than ever. We truly could not wish for a better grooming service and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she has shown our dogs throughout the years.”
