   We have been bringing our dogs to Jacqui at K9 Friends for over 20 years, and we could not imagine a more professional, caring, and skilled groomer. Over the years, she has looked after several of our much-loved dogs - some sadly no longer with us - and we have always had complete confidence that they were in the very best hands. Not only are her grooming skills outstanding, but she also offers home boarding, where we knew our dogs were cared for with love and kindness while we enjoyed much-needed breaks. She always puts the dogs’ needs first, treating them as if they were her own. Now, with our 16-year-old Yorkie, her patience, compassion, and expertise mean more to us than ever. We truly could not wish for a better grooming service and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she has shown our dogs throughout the years.

   I left my spaniel Ivy with K9 Friends. I was so nervous as this was our first trip without her. Jacqui was knowledgeable, professional but direct which I loved; her main priority are the dogs. She’s honest about the type of dogs she can and cannot board as this directly affects her and the dogs in her care. I loved this because I want to know my dog is safe and happy when I leave her and she most definitely is!!! Jacqui put my mind at ease while I was away knowing that Ivy was having a great time and again the best care. She sent me daily updates which included all the adventure walks and day trips. Ivy was in wonderful hands and made lots of friends. I would absolutely recommend her.

   My 22 month old Cockapoo Hamish was going to board for the first time and it was important for me to find a ' home from home ' for him where he'd be well looked after. I've just picked him up and I can say hand on heart that I've definetely found that place for him with Jacqui, he had an absolutely amazing time with her and the other dogs who were boarding. I was sent video's and photo's everyday of his stay and he was having loads of fun. I would highly recommend K9 Friends Home Boarding and Thankyou very much Jacqui for looking after my boy so well. He had the most amazing holiday with you. I'm sure he can't wait till the summer holidays when he's back with you !

   Our darling dogs since pups had never been left with anyone for 5 years so when friends suggested a holiday it was a very stressful decision where do our pampered pooches go ? After much research we found dog HEAVEN with Jacqui at K9 FRIENDS Muireston who with her years of professional dog experience our King Charles cavillers spaniels were welcome with all the home comforts ,love and affection as if they were in their own home which was of the highest standard with Jacqui home . Jacqui only takes 4 dogs at one time so they had pals to play with while on daily long country walks in the nearby country park which my boys absolutely love and with daily videos sent to me of these walks was just wonderful and my mind was instantly at ease and so appreciated. Jacqui was very precise with her paperwork regarding our dogs which I greatly admired as well as her beautiful immaculate grooming parlour which is run from her home . I would highly recommend this establishment as when we picked our dogs up they were in a beautiful condition happy as they were left for 8 days before and we will definitely be returning with our boys with 100% confidence for our next holiday. THANK YOU JACQUI FOR EVERYTHING.

   Simply can't recommend Jacqui highly enough. Baillie our cockapoo suffers from separation anxiety and so we were worried about leaving her for a 10 day family holiday. From the initial visit with Jacqui it was clear she would be very well looked after. The update videos received of Baillie on walks while we were away also gave us great peace of mind. We would have no hesitation to use K9 Friends again. Thanks Jacqui!

   We only had cooper for around 3 months before we had to give him to Jacqui due to holiday/wedding. He is our 1st dog and we weren’t sure who to put our faith in to take good care of him. I must say that Jacqui was a GREAT choice. She was excellent with him and it was clear to see from the updates that they both had a great bond. Jacqui herself is great with giving you daily updates and pics/videos. This helps you be more settled that your dog is being well looked after. There is no doubt in our mind that when we need to have someone look after Cooper again then Jacqui will be our ONLY choice!!!!

   Our puppy has stayed with K9 friends a couple of times now while we were away for the weekend. Jacqui was amazing with him and sent us lots of videos and pictures of his stay while he was there. He was getting lots of love and attention and we knew he was in great care. Jacqui adores dogs and it’s very easy to see that. Excellent home boarding with a beautiful garden for them to run around.
