They were always willing to answer any questions we had and made the process fun and engaging, which it should be. We will definitely be back for the adolescence classes. “Bryan and his team have been doing puppy visits for our golden retriever Banjo since he was just 11 weeks old whilst we are at work. So far they have been absolutely brilliant and Banjo seems very happy and comfortable with everyone. They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. They are amazing with minnie and always cater to last minute requests to look after our dog. She helped me with any questions I had and is such a lovely, kind woman to work with. Not only are her grooming skills outstanding, but she also offers home boarding, where we knew our dogs were cared for with love and kindness while we enjoyed much-needed breaks. She always puts the dogs’ needs first, treating them as if they were her own. Now, with our 16-year-old Yorkie, her patience, compassion, and expertise mean more to us than ever.
