The woman who helped me is nice and very knowledgeable my german shepherd suffers from allergies we tried loads of different dry food he would ether scratch himself to death or have bad diearea I was recommended to put him on a raw diet. He is now doing well he hasn't scatched once and his toilet is nicely formed

Honestly, I cannot even try to fault Scott’s Pet Supplies. Their range is top notch, and they clearly know and understand the things that appeal to dogs and what type of food needs to be sourced to give animals a balanced and delicious dinner. Everything comes very well packaged, weighed into lb portions and super easy to stow away in your freezer. I can’t recommend enough the boned minces or the liver jerky (for the latter, think of this as dog ‘crack’, brilliant for both treats and training)! Last time, I also picked up some hooves, which are honestly my dog’s absolute favourite chew, and are perfect for a teething puppy or a treat (with liver paste/cream cheese/peanut butter etc added! So, so much better than a lickit pad or a kong!) More so, the staff are an absolute delight to interact with. My second order was just delivered, and I’m really just so chuffed with everything I’ve had from them. They’re also extremely helpful, both over the phone and via social media. Sometimes it can feel a bit daunting to ring up or reach out, but Scott’s are speedy to reply and are always happy to chat. They are very friendly, personable and make me feel like a friend - an utter delight! Even more so, I’ve never felt anything less than a highly valued customer - even though I’m actually a newbie. They clearly know their stock and business in and out, and have given me brilliant advice on feeding, weaning, taste development and training that I’ve found to be truly invaluable. They also allow you to pay over the phone or by handing cash to your delivery driver, without any bother or qualms. The prices are great, even including delivery, which is ideal when your pup is eating you out of house and home! Finally, add on to that that they keep you exceptionally well updated and will always return a message or phone call if they miss you. You’re honestly missing out (and I don’t say this lightly) if you don’t use Scott’s Thank you so very much!
