“We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made such a difference to our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, but it was the staff that really stood out and made the experience special. The check-in was smooth, the team was always happy to help with any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great base for exploring the area, with good transport links nearby, and after a busy day out it was lovely to come back to such a relaxed and comfortable place. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A big thank you to the team for making our trip so enjoyable!”

WiFi is terrible and staff don’t care, I assume they want you to buy the premium WiFi but in this day and age there’s no excuse for poor WiFi. Small detail. Bring and extension cord, there is no power by the bed to plug your phone charger in”

“Enjoyed a lovely family birthday dinner here. The food was great, they were happy to make adjustments for me as I have dietary issues. Our server Olivia McG even helped make suggestions to accommodate this and still have a full and great meal. She was very knowledgeable and patient which really helped me enjoy my experience. “Was warmly welcomed by Tracey on reception who was most helpful. Room was much better than expected for a 3 star hotel, very clean and fresh, decent shower, and fluffy towels. The bed was quite comfortable, could've used an extra pillow, but that's just my preference. Onsite restaurant ,Oscars, had a good choice to suit most palates, I particularly enjoyed the steak pie. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would stay there again in future.”
