Delicious vegetarian options like crispy tofu, crispy spring rolls and amazing egg fried rice. Have heard nothing but good things from meat eater family members, but at least for veggies I can say it's my favourite Chinese to order from. Satay sauce is the best, not too sweet like some places make it and has a lovely nutty flavour as it's meant to be. The veg they use is fresh and perfectly cooked - can't fault this place one bit. Will always be our staple Chinese take away.”

“The best authentic Chinese dishes I have ever tried. It's a takeaway only, but the food is always hot, so it's still warm by the time you arrive home (within a 15- 20-minute journey). Chicken, duck, prawns are rich and full of flavour, rice cooked on a daily basis, and thin noodles are succulent.”

“This is a thoroughly decent Chinese (British style) Takeaway in Livingston. I've tried lots of them and this one so far is the best! I drive and travel a lot up and down the U.K. and eat out regularly from North and central Scotland down through England and Wales. In comparison to most high street places of a similar I'll this one is a step above. Tried their Satay and it was banging. Spicy, nutty, tasted homemade and the chicken was juicy. Salt and Pepper box with chips, noodles and chicken with a side of curry also very good value at £7.60 with a main of Sweet Chilli Chicken at £6.80 gave two big men full bellies and a happy feeling of a good dinner with leftovers for lunch then next day.”

“Went in for lunch, three took from main menu and 1 from lunch. Food was amazing, all freshly cooked! Service from our attentive waitress was first class! Drinks were reasonably priced! Best Soda & Lime! Guys enjoyed a game of pool and darts! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great dining experience!”

“Been a regular for 3+ years. Always go here for my takeaway as it's quite cheap compared to other places and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Really like their sweet and sour and honey chilli chicken. If you are thinking of ordering from here, I reccomend ordering from their own app "orient" as it's much cheaper than just eat and you get a discount.”

“I ordered two meals, it took around half hour to arrive which was impressive as it said 1 hour delivery. The food was absolutely gorgeous, roasting hot. I had chicken and tomato I have to say best Chinese I have had. Hubby had duck black bean he said it was exceptional. Definitely be ordering again.”

“I've used this takeaway numerous times and they've always made my food really quickly. The staff are very friendly and always take time to chat to you whilst you're waiting. The food is great and portion sizes are spot on. The Golden Earl is a great wee takeaway.”

“Always a very pleasant welcome. Staff assist in helping if choosing a happy meal deal. Prices on par with the rest of the area with food quality being much higher. Cash only is a slight draw back and can't seem to find on any online systems for delivery unless you phone direct to shop. However ample parking outside to do collections.”

“Great service, good food, we were on our first day of our roadtrip through Scotland and we stayed on a camping park. It was a though day and we needed something to eat, the Sky Kitchen was able to take an order through Google. (Because we couldn't order by phone) And they were happy to deliver it to our campsite.
