    Without a doubt the worst Chinese I have ever tried, and I’m not exaggerating, how this place still has customers i don’t know for multiple reasons. Portions - could barely feed a child, I don’t think I’ve ever been left hungry after a Chinese and never been to a Chinese across the UK that doesn’t give complimentary prawn crackers with orders over £20! Taste - absolutely disgusting. “Duck” spring rolls - I have no idea what was inside the spring rolls but it wasn’t duck (see photo) and came with a pathetic tub of bottle sauce or sauce that’s been sat in the fridge for weeks and tasted disgusting. Chicken curry - was cold and tasteless. Rice - bland Salt and chilli chips - looked like they’ve been reheated multiple times or sat in a hot plate somewhere, tasteless and chewy. Only used this place as Sky kitchen was closed on a Tuesday. Safe time safe I’ll not be back, do not waste your money on this poor quality food. All I need now is the food poisoning or sickness which is mentioned in multiple reviews which I wish I read!

    From someone that orders from oriential a lot and always happy at the end today was the worst food ever like absolutely I had Singapore’s fried rice wich i always get and shredded chicken and prawn crackers so as I’m eatin the food smelled so so so bad like it was off or something it was so disgusting put me off my whole food the rice wasn’t seasoned at all I think they gived me normal rice with a splash of soya sauce and diced some chicken and called it a day, but yee.

    I ordered the roast pork chow mein, there was NO pork in it, the noodles and onion taste good but i wanted roast pork, and delivery was very slow.

    Absolutely ragin with anger, after specifically saying NO CARROTS due to allergies. Its got carrots, allot more underneath. Phoned them up, spoke to extremely rude girl, says nothing Stating allergies on order ( I ALWAYS SPECIFY ALLERGIES ON MY ORDERS) she said I WAS NOT GETTING A REFUND, £20 NOW IN THE BIN I reordered previous order on there app, and it clearly stated my instructions as u can see in the picture before i paid for it on app. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

    A lot of really nice and somewhat unique dishes for a Chinese take-away. I order here a lot and I am rarely let down by what I have. We always order using the website for collection because it comes out cheaper, is better for the business, and we often receive a call from them to let us know it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Only negative is that the website design is often confusing and unintuitive.

    One star is being complimentary about this place. Ordered a couple of nights ago and didn't stop being sick for the next 36 hours. Husband had gastric symptoms too although thankfully he'd seen his meal for the slop that it was and not eaten much of it. Lucky I'm not getting the food standards authority involved. Very nearly missed out on a trip away because of food posioning! Avoid this place at all costs!

    Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a chicken curry and got a tub of slops! If you want a decent curry, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this crowd, vomit food!!!!

    Worst experience in 20 years! Food came 2.5 hours after order. I had phoned up several times only to have the call declined or ignored. Eventually after I’d already broken out and eaten the frozen pizza, it arrived. (Past 11.30pm) The entire order had been microwaved in the bag it was delivered in and the polystyrene boxes had melted onto the food; leaving it all tasting like plastic and it was binned. Another of the boxes had burst open and the sauce spilled out. Delivering microwaved junk so long after the order had been placed is a waste of time, doesn’t matter how busy you are. Don’t waste your money here My previous review: 5/5 Orients food and delivery time is always top notch, even with the ongoing virus causing their orders to increase, I would imagine. Not a bad experience with the place.
