The surroundings are pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable. Our party was 3 adults and 2 children, and the kids were happy with the children's menu. “We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made such a difference to our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, but it was the staff that really stood out and made the experience special. The check-in was smooth, the team was always happy to help with any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great base for exploring the area, with good transport links nearby, and after a busy day out it was lovely to come back to such a relaxed and comfortable place. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Really good that they take extra care if you have any allergy’s, the food was really tasty, well presented and not too hot. The service is good and didn’t had to wait long. Really recommend if you have any food allergy’s.”

Came in as we had an offer but will definitely be back to try the steaks. Recommend if you are in the area. Hubby had the Highlander burger which he said was delicious, I had the hot chix I asked for sauce separate, thankful I did it was hot for me but nice.”

“Very handy location just off M8. Rooms are clean, food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is great at good price. Very friendly staff. WiFi is terrible and staff don’t care, I assume they want you to buy the premium WiFi but in this day and age there’s no excuse for poor WiFi. Small detail. Bring and extension cord, there is no power by the bed to plug your phone charger in”

“I placed my order and left to buy something before the shops closed. The rest of my family stayed at the restaurant. When my food was ready, staff noticed I wasn’t there, so they said they would serve it hot when I returned and prepared a fresh dish for me. Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent service. “Enjoyed a lovely family birthday dinner here. The food was great, they were happy to make adjustments for me as I have dietary issues. Our server Olivia McG even helped make suggestions to accommodate this and still have a full and great meal. She was very knowledgeable and patient which really helped me enjoy my experience. Birthday girl was well taken care of and the staff went out of thier way to make her feel special. Would definitely come back.”

“Was warmly welcomed by Tracey on reception who was most helpful. Room was much better than expected for a 3 star hotel, very clean and fresh, decent shower, and fluffy towels. The bed was quite comfortable, could've used an extra pillow, but that's just my preference. Onsite restaurant ,Oscars, had a good choice to suit most palates, I particularly enjoyed the steak pie. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would stay there again in future.”
