   The last two orders have been missing items, or been wrong. Unfortunately for me I didn’t check my order before I left this time resulting in another trip back down. Apologies were given but the food quality hasn’t been great either. The last time I was sick after and tonight my grandson has been violently ill after only eating some chips and a little bit of lemon chicken…. Now everyone refusing to eat there again. Not brilliant at all.

   Best Chinese in Livingston by a mile! Its a shame all the reviews on here are negative. This doesn’t accurately reflect the restaurant at all. Been ordering from here well over 15 years and haven’t had a single issue.

   Need to work on a better system for online order and collection management. Orders are made with online orders at the back of the queue and can often be 30 mins after the estimated collection time with orders not being made until you complain. Shame, food is good when eventually is handed over.

   How this place has 3.7 stars I’ll never know. It’s genuinely an absolute disgrace. We had guests last night and we decided to order some food in. After looking through the reviews and some of the pictures, we decided at first it was probably best to avoid the place. However, we thought we’d give it a chance because not all the reviews were terrible and we were hungry etc. Yeah. Never again. Not only were the chips 30% cooked and soggy, not only was the food completely disgusting BUT it was also covered in hair. We genuinely could have made a wig from all the hair and other bits of gunk in our foods combined. I have no idea how the place is still in operation, it’s absolutely rancid.

   Disappointing! We pre-ordered our food for Christmas Eve and not only was the food 50 minutes late but also, but not surprisingly lukewarm. I phoned up after waiting 40 minutes to chase only to be hung up on. Obviously I was wrong for phoning to see where my near £50 food order was!

   This used to be one of the best take aways in west Lothian, I have used this place over the last ten years and was a regular in the restaurant when it was open, I was very disappointed with my order that I collected, Ribs were not tender and also the chicken in the main meals were the same, sauce was very watery and just so disappointed with the food, a sad loss to loose in my opinion one off the best Chinese Takeaways in west Lothian.
