   Food is good, if you actually receive it. I ordered from Navayas at the weekend at 9:25pm and didn't receive my order. As the payment was still pending I waited till the next day to see if the payment returned. I received an email stating that they were "too busy" and that the payment was rejected. I phoned them to confirm I would get my money back to which they reassured I would. They told me that they don't have a driver after 9pm so they are unable to make delivery's so why accept a delivery request and payment?? Subsequently the payment HAS been taken and now I'm having to raise a dispute with my bank for the £41!!!

   I ordered chicken rice for pickup from this restaurant, but when I arrived, the shop was closed even though my order had already gone through. There were no signs or updates to say they were closed. When I called the restaurant, they told me to “just go to Uber Eats and request a refund.” However, there was no refund option available in the app, so I ended up paying for food I never received. This was a really disappointing experience — poor communication, bad service, and no accountability.    Not very good food was all flavourless, tasted of nothing but pure spice and no flavour at all.found a clump of hair, no not joking. A full clump in mango chutney. Not good unfortunately.

   Ordered food from here on one occasion and was left fairly disappointed, the food took over an hour to arrive and wasn't fully cooked. On the plus side, the driver was very kind and apologised for the delay which was nice of him. Wouldn't recommend for takeaways.

   Delivered fast, but food is of poor quality. Pilau rice is just boiled rice dyed yellow. Vindaloo was inedibly hot, with little depth of flavour. Keema naan was lacking in filling, poor, tough texture to the dough. One plus was the chicken was a good quality meat, with a variety of cuts used. Wouldn't recommend.

   Today, we had our dinner from Navayas. It was excellent, and the food was freshly prepared and of very high quality. The naan bread was delicious, and the curries were great too. The service was friendly, and the shop looked very hygienic. While you are waiting, you can see them prepare your meal. I highly recommend eating here.

   Today, we had our dinner from Navayas. It was excellent, and the food was freshly prepared and of very high quality. The naan bread was delicious, and the curries were great too. The service was friendly, and the shop looked very hygienic. While you are waiting, you can see them prepare your meal. I highly recommend eating here.
