Gave me food poisoning! Ordered at 20:10 it arrived around 21:30 I only had a couple bites as the food was disgusting so I binned it. I've been ill since just after 10pm! Not how I wanted to spend Christmas! AVOID!!!
we live around 6 minutes away for redcap, around 9pm we phoned up for delivery and the service was great, literally 14 minutes later our takeaway came! we were sceptical over the quality of food but the food was piping hot and fresh! this isn’t just a one off this is the regular standard of service redcap provides.
Just ordered chips and satay sauce. Not to be dramatic, but this might be the tastiest satay I’ve ever had.
Absolutely amazing Chinese, every time I’ve went I’ve had great service, incredible food highly recommend their salt and pepper munchy box never had better Chinese food anywhere in Scotland. Absolutely tremendous!
This used to an excellent chinese takeout. Now its barely edible. Just had a munchie box and 98% of it in the bucket. Had the fried rice a few weeks previous and was bland and tasteless. Won't be back again.
Ordered food at 6pm on the take out website (not just eat or scoffable) in a rush as had plans later that night. Said it was an hour wait, not ideal but left it. No confirmation email received which wasn't good. Called about 1915 to ask where the order was and told it was on the way. Wasn't asked what order or address... waited another 30mins and called up thinking ill check the address in case anything has went wrong. Confirmed they have my order and i asked if it had left or not which I was asked to be called back. Waited and then got called back asking for my address which I gave again then awaited another call back. Then from a different person received a call to confirm the delivery was delivered to the wrong address and they would need to make my order again, at the back of 8 at night. Absolutely shocking, won't order from here again. Cancelled the order and got it from a Chinese that can actually deliver food.
Purchased three different meals just to try for the first time. All three were binned, Sauces were like Water and tasteless. I emailed them to tell them so, not in any nasty way. I got no reply, kinda says it all really. Be warned.
Very fast delivery! Food was still hot. Got to be the best honey chilli chicken about.
Took over 2 hours for meal to arrive, when l phoned after an 1 and 15 minutes l was told it was the apps fault!!! Then advised it could be a further 20 minutes, l could hear in the background some say they were very busy and l would have to wait. After waiting a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes meal was dumped on my doorstep, delivery person was making a hasty retreat, clearly didn’t want to wait around, because l had advised on call that l didn’t want the meal if l had to wait 2 hours!! It wasn’t worth the wait, apart from being cold it was a below average meal, nothing special. Will not be using again.
