   Food isn't too bad but the service is atrocious. The delivery driver was late I couldn't find my wallet and asked him if he could come back or wait 10 mins which he said he would. When he never returned after 30 mins I phoned to be told that the driver said he wouldn't return and receptionist said that they were now close although the website said that they never shut for another 35mins. As I said food is OK but service isn't worth the bother.

   First time using Panda tonight. Ordered food at 18.40 and was informed 65 minutes delivery. Phoned shop at 18.50 to be given apology and told delivery would be with next driver. Delivery came at 19.40 so 2 hours wait. Having said that the food was really good even though the chips were missing from the salt and pepper meal. Very good overall though

   Ordered on the website and collected 25 mins later, order was ready when they stated it works be. The food was very good, especially considering the prices I'm used down south. Really excellent value for money, big portions and the young lady at the counter was very pleasant. It doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you, I'll be ordering again next time I'm in the area.

   ordered a collection from here the other day. not only was a served by a child no older than fourteen with terrible customer service. my £40 order was missing two sides, although i phone ordered i still had to wait 20 minutes before receiving my food that made me ill, all fried options where a dark brown like the oil hadn’t been changed. won’t be returning

   The best authentic Chinese dishes I have ever tried. It's a takeaway only, but the food is always hot, so it's still warm by the time you arrive home (within a 15- 20-minute journey). Chicken, duck, prawns are rich and full of flavour, rice cooked on a daily basis, and thin noodles are succulent.

   Started using this place during the Pandemic after finding out about it loved it but over the past 3 weeks I have spent nearly 20 mins each week trying to get an order done over the phone and the line is always busy, while it's good to see they are busy the only way to order is over the phone or going into the shop which is a shame.

   I would 100% recommend.. Have been using this takeaway for about 8 years now and struggle to find another one better. My favourite dishes are salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken. You need to try these
