   Ordered Christmas dinner to collect, only gave half the order so had to go back and collect the other half, when called to ask about the other half was greeted with yea we forgot to give them the other bag, No apology, no offer of making fresh because there mistake, pervious order have been excellent but I won't be back, nearly £100 in food and didnt even get an apology

   Worst Chinese ever. Tried it for the first time last week and it was absolutely bland and didn't taste fresh. We thought it give it another go and the spring roll tastes like old oil .

   We enjoyed our food, I did find the curry sauce a little salty tasting but overall quick delivery, good food and it’s always piping hot when I’ve ordered. My only issue is the rude delivery driver. My brother answered the door and my dog popped his head out between his legs having a nosey and the delivery driver just abruptly and quite sharply said “no dogs get it in!”. Now I can understand if you have a fear of dogs but the polite thing to do say oh can you pop the dog in I have a fear but to be so rude and abrupt about it he’s very lucky I was in the bathroom and that by the time I came out and ran out the door after him he was already driving away. Does your driver speak to all customer with dogs in that manner? Because if that’s the case maybe he shouldn’t have a job that requires him to go to people houses considering how many people have dogs.

   Quoted 45 mins for delivery....fair enough if busy. After 1 HR 10 mins called to say it hadn't arrived....all of a sudden it was on the way....arrived 10 mins later. Chips were cold and soggy from being steamed in the paper bag, curry was lukewarm....halfway throught the food all was cold. I have been a big supporter of this restaurant over the years but something has changed. May have to look elsewhere for Chinese food.

   Phoned for a delivery asked for two egg foo young with nothing in it just egg and chicken which obviously means no bean sprout no onion it arrived with lots of onions what I specifically said I didn’t want called back up to ask for another got told to call back in 20 minutes till reception spoke to boss to then be told that if I wanted the correct order to be sent back out I would need to pay asked to speak to boss and he said if I wanted to speak to him would have to go to the shop walked to the shop at 7 o’clock in the dark for the boss to try say it wasn’t on receipt so after putting up a firm debate I eventually got what I wanted got home and wasn’t even half in the container place is a joke wont be ordering from there again so have lost a loyal customer don’t recommend it to anyone

   Would be higher if they didn't answer phone then put you on hold and all you hear is a foul mouthed woman in the shop. Terrible phone manners...

   I got myself a chicken fried rice with barbecue sauce. It was fantastic. The barbecue was rich and full of flavour. Most of the other Chinese places around about here serve up watery bland barbecue, more like a gravy. I'll definitely be back for more.

   Used this place for years, NEVER AGAIN. Collected order and once home realised 2 Ham Fried rice missing from order, called them and the girl said she hadn't written it down and would get them sent out, not ideal as our food was already in the house, however mistakes happen. Chinese lad arrives with balance of order and wants paid for it, so wait I've to pay for your mistake after waiting another 30 odd minutes to get the order I'd already asked for. Simples, you leave the food free or take it and lose me and my family as regular customers, he asked for the food back, unbelievable, so he got it back, so his £16 rice has just cost him £2000 a year, well done idiot.
