   Staff are great! Really welcoming and cant be any nicer. Food is always great and freshly made. Atmosphere, its a walk in takeaway so there is no song and dance but again the staff are great and they make the takeaway welcoming and it is nice to walk into somewhere with a smile.

   Pizza came pitch black burnt twice after the second time I said I don’t want it anymore and I want my refund, sent both of them back, I’ve called the restaurant since I haven’t received my refund they started being rude and shouted on me, the chief couldn’t even speak English properly all I could hear from him was shouting but couldn’t understand him properly, just few words wishing me good luck on getting my money back. Very unprofessional disgusting unpolite people. Its health and safety hazard to sent this kind of food, its poisoning and cancerous.

   Second time in few weeks we have ordered fish and chips. Both times food was cold and fish seemed like it was reheated from previous night, very tough!

   Personally I measure a chippy on the quality of their chips and this place is top drawer. One of the best in the area. One star off due to having no GF options.

   I cannot understand all the 5 Star reviews, we had two takeaway fish and chip meals for17.50 a couple of nights ago, it was absolutely awful. Tasteless fish, bits of cheap chips undercooked and not one the proper shape of a chip. We half ate one packet and gave one away to a beggar in Edinburgh Station.

   Took 90 mins from order time on website. Had to contact them after an hour had passed as the website had been telling me for half an hour that delivery was on its way. I was told on the phone that they had been very busy and that was why the delivery was late. Then I was told that the delivery was already on its way and should be with me very shortly. When it arrived, 20 minutes later, the 'chicken kebabs' as shown in the photos were unlike any other chicken kebab I had ever had before (even from Gorefry). No marinade and no flavour and very dry. Looked as though they had just chopped up some chicken breast and stuck it on the grill just to get it out the door. When the missus phoned, she was assured it was chicken kebab. Kebabs' were refunded but we won't be ordering from here again.
