   I have went in not expecting much, however the food was not only very delicious but it was very affordable. In a time where money is tight for everyone I think this place is more than reasonably priced. Definitely will come back, the mixed wrap, cheesy garlic loaded fries and lemon and herb strips are going to be bought again soon, highly recommend this place.

   A disgusting disgrace. The worst meal I’ve ever had delivered. Pizza so greasy it almost fell through the box. Undercooked lukewarm “garlic prawns” ie frozen baby prawns swimming in vomit. Burnt and stringy chicken wings and the most sad tasting prawn poori of all time. Shocking service when I called to explain. I was friendly on the phone and explained that we’d actually had good experiences with them before prior to this. I asked if maybe they’d send someone to replace what we ordered with some curry and rice. They refused this and persistently offered 50% off the next order like a robot and like they’d had to do a phone call of this nature 5x per shift. Why on earth would there be a next order??? Absolutely pathetic. Saturday night takeaway ruined by Natural Spice for the last time in this house. 3 words. Won’t be back. Avoid like the plague.

   I can’t fault this place; every time I order from here the food is always scorching hot and beautifully made !. Always delivered in a timely fashion!!. Love that the kebab has a little kick to it and even though I ordered a calzone, they threw some extra chips!!. Feel like natural spice needs more recognition!

   Not had food from here for a while. Was always very good in the past. Tonight however, was pretty awful. 3 different dishes which all looked the same and shared the same bland taste. As a non smoker, it's also a stomach turner when staff pop out for a cigarette then go straight back to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. Won't be back.

   Waited over 2 hrs for food then got a text to say ordered cancelled. Called and was told they are still taking orders for deliveries. My order was cancelled as they couldn’t get to me. Very apologetic but nothing done to rectify Cancel orders after 15 mins is acceptable not after more than 2 hrs

   I ordered 2 pilau rice a chicken korma chicken masala and nan and have to say not only was the service friendly and spot on but both the curry's were the best I have tasted in some time. Thank you and I will be back.
