I do not like this vets beause I payed for my dogs. Ashes and I still got to pay a £ 135 i say it would be 15 of December they not giving me my dog i will not be taking any more of my pets to them they don't care they only care about the money and I had to call 999 on Wednesday beause I really not well and this is making me unwell even more
Waited over 30 minutes beyond scheduled appointment with an anxious shaking cat, with 5 people arriving later and being seen during that time. No acknowledgement or apology. Suspect it's because appointment was charity funded, but the animals should come first.
After paying nearly £800 for an x-ray, ultrasound and some medication, we were told to bring our dog back to get checked. They then had the cheek to charge another £45 for visit we didn't ask for. I think they were overcharging for their services even though the vets were pleasant enough. I am not happy as they still couldn't tell us what the problem was.
We have been taking our cats here for years and are always happy with the service and medical care they receive. Our cats are very stressed when we have to bring them in and the receptionist goes above and beyond to provide a safe-space for them. On our last appointment we were able to wait in an empty doctor’s office so we could take the cats out of the carrier, let them walk around and give them cuddles, which helped them a lot. Thank you ☺️
I've been with Riverside since we got our rescue cat in 2015 and have always been impressed with the efficiency and dedication of all the staff. Sadly after a short illness Sweets passed away on 21st June, I can't thank Claire enough for the way she took care to ensure the process was kind and stress free for her and myself. Many thanks Dave
, all the bad reviews are 100% correct! Only care about money! Will phone you and be rude and argumentative which is sooooo unprofessional! Told me my puppy had to go in for X-rays and surgery and when I took him for a second opinion another vet told me there was nothing wrong with him at all, riverside vets then denied telling me he needed surgery and called me a liar.
Had an emergency with my dog. They took him in quickly and did the required surgery successfully and kept in regular contact with me to advise how he was doing. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care for all animals that come to them, I have no worries leaving my cat with them if necessary. Only downside is limited parking due to the location. Although there is a car park further down the road at the other side.
My dog got hit by a car and they seen us pretty fast. After x-rays he was fine thank God, bruised sore and on pain relief. The staff were great and good with my dog and explaining what was going to be done. After it all I got my bill and and it was average to others. Happy dog happy me
Great Vets, keeping these two right since we've had them. Highly recommended.
