“We have been bringing our dogs to Jacqui at K9 Friends for over 20 years, and we could not imagine a more professional, caring, and skilled groomer. Over the years, she has looked after several of our much-loved dogs - some sadly no longer with us - and we have always had complete confidence that they were in the very best hands. Not only are her grooming skills outstanding, but she also offers home boarding, where we knew our dogs were cared for with love and kindness while we enjoyed much-needed breaks. She always puts the dogs’ needs first, treating them as if they were her own. Now, with our 16-year-old Yorkie, her patience, compassion, and expertise mean more to us than ever. We truly could not wish for a better grooming service and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she has shown our dogs throughout the years.”

“We had a really lovely stay at the Premier Inn Livingston (Bathgate). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made such a difference to our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, just what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, but it was the staff that really stood out and made the experience special. The check-in was smooth, the team was always happy to help with any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great base for exploring the area, with good transport links nearby, and after a busy day out it was lovely to come back to such a relaxed and comfortable place. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. “Very handy location just off M8. Rooms are clean, food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is great at good price. Very friendly staff. WiFi is terrible and staff don’t care, I assume they want you to buy the premium WiFi but in this day and age there’s no excuse for poor WiFi. Small detail. Bring and extension cord, there is no power by the bed to plug your phone charger in”

“Fiona takes the care of all the animals very seriously. I 100% trust Fiona and her team to help train and care for my dog. There has been some recent staff turnover which has resulted in bitter reviews from associates and I am saddened that these reviews can be so damaging to this professional business.”

“We have used this cattery for many years. The cattery itself is a purpose built, bright and clean building and the owners are very caring. I have no hesitation in taking my 2 elderly cats there both of whom have needed medication.”

“Our Max is judt back from Julie's and I have to say he was so well looked after. They absolutely adored him and we weren't worried at all. Julie gave us loads of updates, Pictures and video of max her daughter and husband were fantastic with him. Would definitely recommend Julie and would send max to her as well...
