Could be a great shop if a new manager got things together. Its untidy, nothing has right price tags, staff couldn’t care less & daft new queuing system obviously dreamt up by someone who doesn’t work in retail. Such a shame to see it go downhill.
Massive Xmas selection at the moment. Only went for storage boxes which they had a plenty. Had to return the next day to get a couple more as they where the perfect size
Love this shop. Gorgeous array of homeware, amongst other things. It's always great value, whatever you buy. And cheaper for brand name paint than B&Q next door... by a good bit! Glad I price checked before buying recently. Also, The Range, had a wider choice of colours for the Dulux silk emulsions.
Firstly, be very careful in the car park. There are massive vehicle killing pot holes! The shop itself is great. It has a large selection of Homeware, DIY, Groceries, and Seasonal items at a reasonable price. There is a cafe but I didn't use it on this occasion so couldn't tell you if it's value for money or not. Will certainly return for shopping.
Staff aren't very knowledgeable or helpful but they're friendly enough. The range of craft products could also be improved, but I got some great deals on some of the craft supplies I did find.
It is sad to see a store go downhill quickly again. They do their best with what staff, yet the place is a hazard with pallets along the floors. Rubbish in the middle of aisles. This is an in and out store. Grab what you need and go. High five to all the staff surviving in there!
Watch what plants you buy. Got plants about £70 worth. Acre tree £27 looked good got home put it in correct type of soil week later it dyed the other plants are dying now so won’t buy plant here again. Customer service’s don’t want to deal with it joke
