Tried to make an apt due to daughters cat having hurt leg. Receptionist was very unhelpful. If this is how you treat animals in an emergency god help us.

I've newly registered my puppy with this veterinary practice and it's been great. We did sign up for a health plan as well that is a decent price, gave us 50% off on our second dose of vaccines. We got a wee puppy pack at the first check up with some free food, a little duck tug toy, 1month free insurance, 2 free puppy socializing class. The vet and the receptionist have been very welcoming and professional. So far it's been a great experience.
Phoned at short notice on Monday & managed to get an appointment for my kitten to be seen! The staff very all very friendly & caring! The vet kept him there for a few hours to treat him, went back on Thursday for a check up staff again very helpful!
