I don’t mind paying put of hours fee as that is expected however meds dispensed were not usable without wasting a lot.. which when an out of hours fee is added to each medication means £50 was spent on meds that could not be used properly. I am a nurse and capable of drawing meds up… I had to spend further money getting an appropriate administration set up. However the staff were friendly and got things moving in the right direction.

Can’t thank these vets enough for how quickly they diagnosed my dog who had become unwell very suddenly, they sorted everything out for him to go to Bristol animal hospital for immediate surgery, he is home now recovering, if it wasn’t for their prompt action the outcome could have been dire. Thank you again guys you’re the best!

I had to take my cat Molly to the emergency clinic recently. Staff were helpful and friendly although seemed overworked. Triage wasn't as quick as I thought it would be and in total it took 2.5 hours before she was seen by a vet. When you are worried sick about your pet 2.5 hours may as well be 2.5 days! The vet was kind, efficient and put us at ease. I think some more staff is a must especially during emergency hours.

Very long wait, 5 hours. My cat was triaged by a nurse. We never had a consultation with the vet, where the cat was looked at by the vet. They gave her a blood test, and some steroids and antibiotics. Charged £450 for that. Absolute rip off. Would never go there again.

The vets practice were very kind when we brought our cat in out of hours who was sadly in cardiac. There was nothing they could do at this point other than put him to sleep. They saw him very quickly too which we were grateful for.

I can’t thank these guys enough! They saved my puppy’s life after she ate something poisonous, we didn’t have the money and they didn’t think twice about that, they acted quickly to save her life and I’m forever great-full. We would like to thank the team so much for their hard work and quick decisions❤️ our much beloved pup has made a full recovery and is back to her happy and playful self ❤️

Very efficient service and reassuring that the service is available 24/7. I just don’t understand the cost of £250 just to see a vet out of hours. Many others work shift patterns and it’s a shame this doesn’t happen for animal care. But I appreciated the care my dog received.

Visited this vets after my pet became suddenly unwell out of hours. All of the staff are respectful and welcoming, the vet we dealt with was highly professional and gave our options very clearly, allowing us to make the right decision in a difficult situation. They also included the estimated cost of each option to give us informed options. I would highly recommend this vet. Thank you for your help and support.
