If you are looking for a rabbit savvy vets….this is not your place. I’ve lost 2 rabbits in 7 months here. One never knows what might have been the same anywhere and is just bad luck but there is a particular member here who was really rough with my two sweet bunnies. I’ll never be able to forget. The after hours service is also awful, I couldn’t get help. Medivet tried to save my last bunny who developed bloat after the length of time I couldn’t be seen and he didn’t make it. I you have rabbits I advise you to look elsewhere.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our dog rather unexpectedly last week, and I can’t praise the team here enough for the way they supported us throughout the whole process. We were treated with such patience, understanding and compassion, and they helped make our pup’s last moments with us as happy as they could be-something we’ll forever be grateful for.

I can’t recommend St Vincent’s Vets enough. It’s such a lovely practice and the vets are amazing, so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They’re always quick to respond, and no matter what I ask, they know exactly what to do and are always so thorough. I’m a very anxious and protective dog owner, and I’m really particular about who my dog sees. I trust this team completely. They always make me feel at ease, and I never feel silly for asking questions. Even after moving further away, I still return because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They’ve taken care of my Lola for years. She’s 12 now. They’ve been brilliant through everything, including helping manage her arthritis, and I’m so grateful for the care they’ve given her. Thank you so much for everything you do.

We have been using St. Vincents Vets for about 10 years with multiple dogs and couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are always kind and professional and can never do enough to help, even throughout sometimes very stressful, traumatic and sad scenarios. The facilities they have are excellent, and there's no veterinary issue I wouldn't trust Michael and his team to give advice on, always doing so in a kind manner. The wealth of knowledge and experience this team has is second to none and I would recommend this vets to anyone in the area.

An amazing vet. Would not trust my dogs with any other vet. Moved out of area but still travel there. They always put the animals first. When I lost my boy a few years ago they made him comfortable before putting him to sleep.

My dog was terrified of vets and vet surgeries, due to a traumatic experience at another local veterinary practice. We had a meet and greet with Michael who was so caring and understanding of Tilly's problem, she was spayed there last year and despite being not "allowed" to enter the surgery, we were escorted round to the back of the practice and I went in with her and held her whilst Michael put her under! The last time we visited, she was all over him, giving him cuddles and kisses! Cannot speak highly enough of he and his team! They are all wonderful, caring people who cannot do enough for the animals and owners in their care. 5 stars are not enough!

From the very first conversation I had with the receptionist when I registered all our pets here I knew we'd made the right choice! We took our young cat to be spayed yesterday and the service we received from drop off to collection was nothing short of outstanding. Michael took the time to explain about the surgery they were going to do and their history of the company and made me feel really at ease about the day. As for our cat the morning after, you wouldn't know she had surgery! She's happy and playful just like before, I cannot recommend them enough.

Very caring and compassionate vets, with the animals interest first and foremost. Cannot sing their praises enough, Amy was in good hands when taken ill recently, we were on holiday and looked after Amy on her last day, liaising with our dog sitter and us to make it as painless as end of life can be. Would recommend them 100%, they cared for Amy for a number of years before the end xx

As with many pet owners I have been to a few veterinary practices over the years. This one for me has stood out. My dog and I were treated by the staff with what felt like real care and compassion. Highly recommended
