“I went in to get some new puppy food as my cockapoo wasn't eating her kibble. One of the staff members came over and offered help and a treat for the puppy! He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Love that they offer puppy socialisation sessions on Saturdays!”

“Chris felstead- I have been with him for 10 years. Other vets fail to correctly diagnose and their response to all appointments has been in leave in Overnight or carry out extortionate tests. 99% have failed to identify, where Chris has always recommended at home treatments where possible. I no longer have insurance since it was tripled with no explanation and no ongoing illnesses, and so all treatments are self funded. I really wish that veterinary practices were more fairly/reasonably priced, but understand that this is a huge money making industry. I am very nervous and sceptical about booking any other vet than Chris. Have standards / qualifications dropped in this field or do many no longer care? Perhaps their owning companies have set financial targets per appointment?”

“Drove up from Portsmouth for 8am Monday to have a custom tail guard made for my car which I only purchased on the Friday. Such a warm welcome on arrival. Just over an hour the rear guard was made but not installed as it then had to be powder coated etc. Going back in a couple of weeks to have it fitted. I recommend this place 100%.”

Where you say what you want and they achieve it! Definitely will be going back. All the groomers we’ve used over the years he’s never came home with a soft glossy coat. Very pleased”
