We like having someone pop by when the house is unoccupied, and she keeps an eye on the garden for us especially with these hot summers we’ve been having. “Where to start? There are so many positives to say about Dog Trouble. All the staff are amazing, but Jo really is incredible; her knowledge is invaluable. She has a very calm, non judgmental yet confident aura. Our dog has been going to Dog Trouble for over a year now, he’s done workshops and boarded and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the facilities and expertise. “Had a flyer through my door with great photo's of their Thai food, so I thought I would try them. I thought my Thai Green curry was pretty good but after having one from their menu I was amazed ! it was stunning, so good I went back the following week and then also with the girlfriend and then the following weekend with 2 friends, we were all very very impressed with the superb menu stunning food and great service, give them a try you will not be disappointed. “I’ve been here twice now and the staff are really friendly and clearly a strong team. I had the truffle burger and chips option in the meal deal with the room and it was gorgeous. The burger was cooked just right, the chips crisp and fluffy, the mushroom done just right so it wasn’t leaking juice everywhere. Staff were attentive and genuinely seemed to take pride in the service they offered.”

“On arrival a beautiful entrance, we stayed in our own campervan so I can’t comment on chalets. We arrived at 18.30 and reception was closed , the gate code allowed us access , and our pitch was easy to find , each pitch is beautifully marked with a very clear number so there is no confusion, on what’s yours .Site is well maintained, and although there was work in progress, we feel that this can only improve a lovely site with a fantastic lake , walks children’s play area pet and cycle friendly.”

“Pleasant, helpful service from all staff members. Convenient location. I visited on a hot sunny weekend and each time I returned from a day out there was no trouble finding a parking bay. Good car parking facility. I can't comment on food as I did not eat there. TV, kettle and drinks facility, shower gel and towels provided in the room. Also provided was a fan, thankfully, as was a heatwave, so it was a blessing indeed. No hairdryer or iron, but I understand you only had to ask at reception if one was required. Good shower. Bed was OK, but didn't like the pillow at all and the loo seat was askew and needed fixing, but good room at a good price deal for three nights. I would stay again as there were no issues and it was very handy for the railway station for Windsor & Eton.”

“The initial review, submitted on Friday, conveyed dissatisfaction regarding a £75 charge for an early check-in, which was two hours prior to the standard check-in time. It is important to clarify that only one room was booked, not two. Furthermore, our arrival was not at 12:30; however, the primary reason for the negative review was the perceived rudeness of the individual I spoke with over the phone. Moving forward, following my stay at the hotel on Saturday, I was granted both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and offers a diverse selection of culinary options, including a main menu and a breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this establishment and would certainly choose to stay here again. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their accommodating service.”
