I have been using Petpals for weekly walks with my dog Fennie for a few years now, Peter and the team have always been so amazing! I got married in May and I requested for Peter to house sit with Fennie for me and bring him to the wedding ceremony as a dog chaperone. Peter was so good with Fennie and brought him along to the ceremony, took him for a walk at the venue then brought him back for the photos a little while later. It was an amazing service that let our loved dog be a special part of our day without putting the responsibility of watching him onto our wedding party. I cannot thank Peter (and the rest of the team) enough for everything he has and continues to do for Fennie, for always being so flexible and understanding! Thank you so much!
Once again a great service from Peter and his team. It was Rachel this time who looked after my cats. She was wonderful, provided great communication with short daily reports and photos. It so helps to feel relaxed while on holiday knowing your pets are well looked after. I came back to a very clean feeding area and litter tray and I do know how messy my cats, so I guess Rachel did a fair amount of cleaning too. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
Amazing service from start to finish! Peter offers an extremely professional service and our rabbits were so well cared for while we were away, he provided daily updates and we felt in safe hands at all times. We also had a small mishap at home while we were away & Peter stepped in to assist, above & beyond! Cannot recommend highly enough, will definitely be a new regular customer of Peters!
