I always use click and collect here and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They always cheerfully carry the large bags of cat litter to my car making pick up so easy. Great staff make this my favourite PAH store, thank you!
Staff are always helpful and willing to assist with any questions. Prices are on the higher end, however there are lots of employees to assist and the wait at the till is quick. I've never had an issue with parking and I hope that doesn't change with McDonald's moving in.
Mixed experience - one really friendly staff member who was helpful in helping find something I was after. Then served at the till by an obnoxious and very abrupt woman, who went out of her way to make it an unsatisfactory experience. Very strange.

Everyone is quick to point out bad service but not quick to point out good service. Credit needs to given when due! George's service is consistently exceptional, down to earth, helpful, really friendly guy Travel past 2 pets at home just to go to this store! Also a massive, spacious store with good stock. Best store in the region by far.
