Best pet shop round,absolutely loads of choice of food and natural treats for your pets, lovely team that work there, really friendly and would not go anywhere else !! Excellent in my opinion
As a first time owner, Pets Plus has been a life saver having a wide range of raw dog food as well as other goodies. The staff are the lovely, friendly and give great advice. Having a fussy eater, they have provided samples to try before you buy - they are the best and I highly recommend you check them out!
We visited here as it is the only store within the area to stock Perfect Fit harnesses and after spending a small fortune on other ill fitting harnesses for my apparently awkward shaped dog, I was recommended I try these. The ladies in the store were super helpful and took so much time in finding the right fit harness, trying different combinations until we found the right fit. They were fantastic with my dog, encouraging him with treats. The shop is also well stocked with anything you could ever need for your pet! Thank you for your help and finally we have a harness that fits properly!
I purchased raw, frozen food that made my dog very unwell. Assuming that it just didn’t agree with her, I gave the remaining boxes to a friend. She defrosted a box and gave it to her dog who was violently ill for 24hrs. I went in on Sunday 27th Nov and was asked to explain it to the shop manager (?) who was so rude about it in front of other customers and my daughter. She didn’t even ask how the dogs were. I was disappointed considering my intentions were good and I was just concerned for other dogs. Very poor customer service. Edit: The manufacturer has since reached out to me for more info on the batch, so that’s very positive that they are looking in to it.
Love Pets Plus all the Staff are friendly and Helpful. We went over to choose a hamster today for my daughter and the lady thats served us was lovely.
Pretty good shop. They fitted a harness on my puppy and even accommodated the fact that he is still nervous around other dogs by fiting the harness in a separate room. Great selection of toys, natural chews and food. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommended.
Had a trip to Pets Plus today to get my dog fitted with a new harness. The shop was very busy and the young lady fitting the harness was superb!! Despite dealing with a very difficult customer she fell over backwards to try and make all the dogs comfy and ensure a great fit!!! The staff are all so friendly and it's a lovely atmosphere where any questions can be asked and nothing is too much trouble!!! THANK YOU FOR FITTING FINLAY TODAY!!!
Awful customer service, I booked a harness fitting, staff drinking tea but eventually agree to serve. Slapped a harness on my dog, said go and walk around and started another customer. I had to queue to tell her the harness she hadn't bothered to check, didn't fit. She slapped another one on and said that fits, I asked her to check and she said it's fine, have your old one if you don't want this one and threw it at me then started another customer. I asked at the till to speak to a manager and unsurprisingly no one knew where a manager was. A manager did turn up and when I narrated my experience she apologised. I will not be shopping there again.
