Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Never do I feel like I have been charged unnecessarily. I wouldn’t trust my animals with anyone else. Been coming to this practice with my animals for 46 years!
I always want the best treatment for my dog and I have found on a number of occasions that The Veterinary Hospital has overwhelmed me with its high standard of care. I would certainly recommend this veterinary practice with no hesitation.

The environment is extremely good, as was the welcome. The vet we saw was clearly competent and had uptodate notes for our pet. However, £50 for a 15 minutes consultation is extortionate.
Excellent service. We are not local and our dog injured himself when we were visiting family in the area. Explained our situation, as we were carrying on for a holiday in the west country and we were seen and offered Excellent advice, support and medication.
Always helpful and knowledgeable, the vets at Hungerford are the best we’ve ever been to. All the staff are welcoming and kind no matter what the circumstance for your visit. We’ve had on going and end of life care for our dogs here, for over ten years. Highly recommended.
This practice is excellent. All staff are extremely helpful, I have 3 animals signed up to their healthcare plan which is brilliant value. I have also undertaken insurance claim processes with them, which is always very easy, and even when the insurance company were being difficult, the practice were helpful, understanding, and provided additional info to help the claim progress without delay. The environment is clean, professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Friendly and genuinely concerned Reception staff, it always diffuses the stress to have a bit of banter when you are worried about your pet. The vets are all super professional and keep you informed every step of the way. We have only just moved into the area and already we wouldn't take our animals anywhere else!
Our beloved whippet, Khandi, was gently and professionally put to sleep recently by Belmont staff Luke and Gemma, who visited our home, as was our wish. After 13 years with our precious girl Belmont provided the best end-of-life advice and care, which is just what she deserved. We also want to thank all the Belmont staff who have helped us during the last few months, including the helpful advice from Bev the Receptionist. It was a difficult day for us but Bev took care of all the arrangements. Also, to whoever took Khandi's last paw print for us, which was so thoughtful as it was something we had tried but were unable to do ourselves. Our most grateful thanks.
