   They advertise as offering “day care”. There is no care involved in their service. My poor dog was put into a tiny dark space and left all day. She was a shell of herself when we went to pick her up. We were also told that she wasn’t walked because they were “too busy”. If you don’t care about your dogs wellbeing then feel free to chuck it in here. It did not appear that the workers here even bothered to make her feel comfortable.

   Spire Ridge have lovingly looked after our cat whenever we go away since he was a kitten. We were unsure about catteries based on the others we had visited, but then we found Spire Ridge which have amazing large indoor pens, where our boy is always happy and comfortable, and we can leave him there knowing he's getting the care and attention he needs whether we're just gone for a weekend or for a couple of weeks.

   The staff are absolutely lovely here; so kind and friendly. This was my first time ever using a kennel and they put me at ease over the phone by offering for me to come and have a look round before my first booking. The kennels are located right in the countryside and away from Bath Road so lots of lovely fresh air. They have a nice big exercise area for the dogs, and each kennel has a long external run that the dog can use whenever they like. The interior is heated in winter. I have a young German Shepherd who can be a handful but they treat him really well. They offer their own food and even offered a bed for him when I forgot his. They always respond super quickly to whatsapp if I have any concerns, including last-minute changes to pick-up times and if I want any pupdates. The prices are also so fair. I have taken my dog here about 3 times now and will keep returning. Love the staff here. Thank you Spire Ridge!

   We have been using Spire Ridge for the best part of the last 6 - 8 months, and they are absolutely brilliant. From last minute requests like pick up and drop off to always accommodating different times for us, the whole team at Spire Ridge are brilliant. My dog is reactive and they know how to handle him, the costs are fair and their love for the dogs are second to none. Highly recommend Spire Ridge for all your kennel and cattery needs!

   Spireridge Kennels & Cattery were very accommodating and caring with our three-legged cat. We were kept updated with daily messages and photos the whole time he was there. He even got roast chicken for Christmas Dinner and a toy to go home with. The staff are so lovely and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

   My cat is 13 years old now and went to his first cattery between Newbury and Basingstoke in the summer. It was tiny and he was unhappy for days after he came back. Spire Ridge was the total opposite, lots of space inside his section, and was happy and healthy when I picked him up. No meowing in the garden for days this time, mind at ease. The staff at spire really love the animals and you can tell. Many thanks.
