   The pharmacy might be ok but the van driver of MA68EDX on 29th Dec at 15:26 going from blackdam towards chineham was driving like a absolute lunatic, swapping lines no indication, cut up a lorry, tailgating. not very good advertising for the pharmacy...their driving was concerning enough for me to leave this review.

   Absolutely horrible people other than Joan. My grandma ran out of blood pressure tablets and they were refusing to give them to her. This other man in there just said “give them to her” they are very rude and they act like the don’t want you there.

   Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy. GP sent my prescription with multiple items. Pharmacy text to say it is ready. Checked what they gave me and two items missing. They said they didn't have a prescription for. This was not true as GP had text saying items were sent there and I was given a barcode. Gave barcode to staff who then got the pharmacy manager. She point blank refused to give me my medication as "I had already been issued two months worth over a month ago". I have never had this problem - ever - with any other pharmacy and I need to stock up due to barely being able to leave the house due to my childrens needs. The pharmacist did not care about this. I was questioned "are you injecting more than your required dose!" - absolutely not! I'm disgusted! I feel judged, extremely insulted and so inconvenienced. With the difficulties people have in life, surely the pharmacist should show some empathy and understanding and not question what has been issued by my own GP! I will never use this pharmacy again and would strongly recommend others go elsewhere.

   Fantastic team work, fantastic staff on tills, fantastic pharmacy team. The till staff work their way down the queue quickly, prescriptions are always ready, you should be so proud of yourselves. I for one won't go anywhere else, there is nowhere this efficient. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. If i could give this pharmacy more stars than i would. Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. Please use this pharmacy & avoid others, i honestly can't rate the overall effectiveness & amazing team they have there. You should all feel so proud, the manager/big bosses too. Thank you

   Excellent pharmacy, really good prompt service. I submitted my repeat prescription via the NHS app on Monday evening, they texted me on Wednesday to let me know it was ready.

   Bought some Covonia cough mixture from here a few days ago. - a small bottle for £8. The cost of this in a supermarket is approx £4 so they clearly have priced the item wrong, I don’t mind paying more for convenience but this is taking it to an extreme

   Brighton Hill Pharmacy has the most caring, knowledgeable, efficient team I have ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble, they have gone absolutely above and beyond with my Mum's medication, doing all they can to be helpful, for which we are extremely grateful. So refreshing in today's world. Special thanks to Laura and Hannah, who got things done. And always a lovely welcome. Thanks again to you all.
