“The employees are just fabulous in this store. When you visit they make you feel so welcome! They helped me find the correct food that suited our new puppy. The lady gave me great advice! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even shut their doors when our puppy decided to slip his new harness! Keep up the good work!”

Helped with calming meds to make getting her into her appointments a bit easier. Always so keen to go the extra mile to make us owners and pets feel welcome and comfortable. Really a wonderful place. “Phil worked with my dog to build up his confidence in being taken for walks (after having had another dog walker where he'd developed a fear of the van). Not only did Phil build up Otis' confidence, he built up mine, with photos, video clips to show me how Otis was progressing. Otis loves Phil and when I was taking Otis for a walk, I got dragged over to Phil by an excited Otis. I couldn't recommend highly enough!”

“We had a lovely weekend stay as a family of four — myself, my husband, and our two children. The hotel was perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Zara at reception — she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. Her warm attitude really made a difference. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.”

“Lovely hotel with great, friendly staff. They welcomed us and our children extremely warmly and made our life a lot easier! The evening buffet for the children was brilliant as it meant they could eat without waiting ages and pick what they wanted and change their minds easily enough. The grown up food was also very tasty. On a personal preference I thought the food was a bit 'poncy' for my taste but that's entirely a personal thing! Would definitely look to stay here again if I was in the area.”

“Peter walked our St Bernard puppy Hex every day (a VERY big and strong girl, too much for me). Hex was always so excited for her walks, and was so absolutely spoiled with love, affection and kisses. She learned fantastic walking manners, well socialised, and came home every day completely zen and ready for her naps. Especially if you work from home and struggle to keep your dog tired/entertained, you need this guy! I'll never be able to say thank you enough.”

“I have to say that i am stunned by the kindness and hospitality of Sharon and her team during our stay due to a house fire. Everyone is so kind and has worked so hard to ensure that my family and my dogs who were trapped in the fire are happy. I can honestly say that ive never stayed anywhere better. Lovely family atmosphere and we will miss everyone when we leave. You will not find a friendlier hotel. The staffs love if dogs shines through. Roons and service go way beyond excellent. “Was trying to look for groomers to cut our English Springer Spaniel and found dial a dog wash. We gave Matthew a call. To be honest, we will definitely be using Matthews services again and were worried at first, but then all was fine. Matthew was friendly patient and was advising us aswell, he closed the door so our dog didn't get cold and was making sure he wasn't too short also. Bonus with this service is, that there are no other dogs so he didn't get stressed and Matthew also comes to you so you don't have to worry about traveling. Thank You Mathew the whole family is pleased and he looks wonderful.”

The staff treated and handled him very gently, and got back to me quickly when I called up for advice regarding his medication. They clearly care very much about their patients, no matter how great or small. Cannot recommend enough!”

“We have been having training sessions with Lisa for our 1 year old dachshund Eevee, she has been fantastic! Showing us all the different ways to help Eevee cope with all the things that scare her (which is everything!) and to help her become a more confident dog and in turn help us become more confident owners! Lisa is very honest, saying when things are going well and when things aren’t working but then working with us to come to a solution that works best for Eevee. If you want someone to understand your dog and help train them, then Lisa is the person for you!”

“We take our Akita puppy Yumi to Smart Paws and she absolutely loves it there, I think she likes Sharney more than she likes us! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly and Yumi comes out happy, beautifully cut and smelling gorgeous. We absolutely wouldn't take her anywhere else (not that she would let us, she tries to take us there on every walk!)”

“My cat Alfie has been going to get groomed with Abbey Road grooming for about 8 years and i have always been extremely satisfied! Alfie is a very nervous cat and doesn't take very well to people but they handled him very well and he now loves going to them. I would recommend them to anyone.”
