After a negative experience at a previous groomers we were very nervous about taking Ash anywhere else but Aimi was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was brilliant, Aimi listened to my worries and asks and I picked up a handsome, gorgeous, perfectly groomed pooch. Aimi even managed to give his teeth a clean. We will definitely be back x
Our puppy was very nervous when he first went and would growl at anyone going near him. The staff have slowly built up his trust and supported him and now he loves going. He's been going to Smart Paws for about 2 years now and they were the 3rd groomers we tried. With a long coat he needs regular grooming and I wouldn't go any where else. I also received great advice on how to help him be more confident and trusting with being groomed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I received a high recommendation from another customer and I don't regret getting in contact with them.
We take our Akita puppy Yumi to Smart Paws and she absolutely loves it there, I think she likes Sharney more than she likes us! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly and Yumi comes out happy, beautifully cut and smelling gorgeous. We absolutely wouldn't take her anywhere else (not that she would let us, she tries to take us there on every walk!)
Look after our Springer like a princess as we do she lives her visits here, lovely friendly helpful and caring groomers

We have been taking our dog to Smart Paws for the last 7 years since he was a puppy. Katy and her team are amazing, the salon is super, always smells lovely and is spotless. They always do an exceptional groom on our dog and being a Welsh Terrier he has a specific cut which takes a lot of skill. We wouldnt dream of going anywhere else and we highly recommend them.
I highly recommend "smart paws" it was a first time visit for my Golden Retriever he has very bad arthritis & the ladies took great care of him. We are thoroughly impressed with how he looks. We will definitely be coming back again.
