Very expensive, not many products. The assistant very unhelpful. I asked him for advice about dog chews because my dog is an aggressive chewer. He just grunted and said I don't know. Terrible customer service.
This is where we buy softener salt, 10 packs a time. A most obliging couple, they will load up your car for you. A bit of a run from Reading but combined with a visit to Museum or the Vyne makes a nice change.

Easy to get to, and prices are good. Bit of an aladin's cave, but always found the staff a bit cold. Parking occasionally tight.
Really helpful staff. unlike larger pet shops in the area. Prices are really competitive. Parking is easy. And another plus, they sell water softener salt, unexpected!!! and so much cheaper than I was paying in nearby superstores, nearly half the price. Thank you.
