Amanda was so knowledgeable and friendly. There was a great variety of dog food for my fussy mut and he loves the chicken feet . A first for him and easy on his stomach unlike supermarket treats .
Happy to have found a fab local business to support. My fussy-eater pup has tried and refused many brands of food and luckily loves the locally-sourced raw food sold here! Staff were kind enough to ensure we had enough for the week, after even letting us have a few tubs of their own order to trial. Kindness certainly goes a long way.
I always want to support local business, however, the attitude of staff toward their customers is, well… Rude! They never have any stock, so after repeatedly trying to get hold of items I am giving up & going else where. With the limited stock & attitude of staff, I will be surprised if this store stays open. Post Review - It is a shame that the rely from Paw’s & Claws is not reflective of the customer service that they provide. There are several staff that are lovey & welcoming, not the owners. None of the services offered in the reply, we offered to me. I was just made to feel an inconvenience. Which I think you can read through the wording of the reply.
Fantastic local pet shop. Caters perfectly for our various pets needs and I always find the owners and staff friendly and helpful. Their local delivery service is really useful too. Highly recommend.
A very nice independent pet shop at the heart of Tadley. We buy our frozen raw food for our dog. Very good customer support. Really Worth a visit and you can support an independent local retailer too
What a great little shop, everything you need and more, great animal gifts for us humans as well as a wealth of treats for our pets. It also has a fantastic delivery service which is so helpful at these uncertain times. The service the owners Amanda & Mike give is really friendly, helpful and professional. Any thing they haven't got they will get it for you and at great prices too. I highly recommend this local little treasure.
