This particular Pets Corner has an amazing ability to have the high customer care that we and our animals require. Our dog Pebble and our cats get the attention they deserve. Shout out to Jack and Freya as they have a wonderful amount of knowledge.

Freya was Very friendly & helpful when my wife phoned for help, & when I collected the dog food there was an Extra £1 off that was great, as so often you are sold the most expensive item ( as moor profit for the company) I refuse to use Amazon & it is great to find a family run business.
Always greeted nicely by the staff but they are most certainly happier if I bring my Weimaraner, Sterling, in to say hello to them. Always helpful and their with great advise when it's needed.
I love trying our different dog food from Pets corner as they allow you to take it back if your dog doesn't like it, not that often happens :-) And my dog looks so healthy on their food
Always a great experience when visiting this branch. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. There is always a great selection of everything 'pet'. We have our pooch groomed here and although she's a difficult dog, Evie is so good with her and manages her 'divaness' very well. It's always a pleasure to visit and I highly recommend this branch.
Really great shop with loads of fantastic products. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. I love the selection of natural foods and treats and you can tell the product list has been put together with the animal at heart. Also love the Puppy Hour and so does my pup.
I can't say enough good things about Thatcham Pets Corner! I've been going for years for my cats, but it is really since our dog joined the family a year ago that they have become invaluable. Laura in particular has been amazing, offering the very best advice, from food and treats to toys and behavioural issues, and everything in between! They really have your animals’ best interests at heart, so you know whatever they recommend will be good quality and reliable. My dog loves going there, and he always receives such a warm welcome - for a people loving Flat Coated Retriever, that is simply heaven!
First time in store today and will certainly not be the last. A beautifully laid out store with a huge variety of products, more than I could have imagined. Shopping for an 8-week old raw food fed pup, we were spoilt for choice. The staff were exceptional - kind and friendly, professional and knowledgeable, clearly are engaged and love their pets. Really impressed and by far significantly better than the other larger nation-wide pet store. This is our new pet shop!
