I come here for my little Diego to get his groom every month. Diego loves Sarah-Jane she is the best!! I bring my boy here since he was a baby 6 months old. We love their services and will keep on using them!
Terrible experience and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I arrived for his first groom with them - having already given instructions of how our old groomers did his hair- and waited at the counter for my dog to be taken in . The 2 groomers in the back did not realise that I was waiting at the counter and I then had the pleasure of overhearing them essentially bad mouthing my choice of how I like his hair cut and being very disrespectful. I was then told the groomer who was meant to do his hair hasn’t turned up so the whole process would take an hour longer. The haircut itself was very poor - patches of uneven hair on his flank and uneven cutting around his muzzle area. Very disappointing and unacceptable behaviour. I came for a grooming service - not for someone to pass scathing judgement on the fact that I like my dogs hair cut very short. We are new to the area and this was his first groom with them but I will NOT be going back. I’d rather drive an hour to his old groomers where they do a proper job and are professional and respectful.
So glad we found this great place! Our dog had his first groom there last week and he looks fabulous! Bought him a pick n mix of homemade healthy treats too. Sam and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Wow! This is such a fantastic doggie spa experience!! Cookie was properly pampered with a wash and possibly the best groom of all time!! Staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Great range of food and doggie snacks. We've already booked her next groom. Thank you so much.

Eloise has just done the most amazing groom on my Shih Tzu. She really listened to what I told her and really treated my dog with the best care. I will definitely come back. Barking Mad are very clear in their pricing and I can’t recommend enough.
Me and my sister for years have been trying to find someone to groom our little pups and we have finally found the perfect person. Millie is off on her holidays this evening so I took her to Barking Mad for a groom. The staff were lovely and although Millie was really nervous they gave me confidence she would be well cared for. She looked amazing when I picked her up I wish I had taken a better picture but here she is with her bags ready to go away. Would highly recommend Barking Mad, I’ll definitely be returning.
