Had to get a new lead this morning as mine snapped on our walk. Picked 1 but Sadie behind the counter recommended a better 1 which it is. Always lovely service and done with a smile. Been using here for a fews years and the service is always good. Always love the window which is changed with the seasons.
Visited while staying in the area for the weekend. The staff were so friendly and helpful when it came to a meal supplement to settle our dogs stomach. And it's worked perfectly.
Sadie and Paula are so helpful, always cheery. The window display is always amazing. Lovely shop, sells so many different things. Competetive prices. Why not try the live meal worms for the breeding birds.

Great place with really caring staff that obviously know and love pets. You’ll find interesting treats and deals that you wouldn’t find in large pet superstores elsewhere. Definitely worth having a look inside!
I love this pet shop, the lady with the black hair (sorry I don't know your name!) is always so friendly and helpful. She is one of the reasons I shop there as well as it is important to support your local store of course. I wish more shop staff were as nice as she is. I would highly recommend them.
