Very good experience. Came in for a pet door and although the one I wanted was not in stock, Charlotte was very helpful in guiding me to get a click and collect order from Farnborough and saving me 10% on the purchase.

It's better than a supermarket for human beings. The staff relaxed and happy to help, cute pets at every corner and lovely dog treats available at the checkout for the very hungry sniffers. Although there's onky a till open, the waiting time is not very long and offers you a chance to chat to other pet owners. ☺️ Their vet clinic is also super customer friendly, although a little pricier than our older vet.
Cat Food and in general all pet food variety is good. I remember when they had African Greys flying around, whereas nowadays, it tends to be the odd Robin instead
Tidy, well stocked and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The retail staff aren’t experts on animals though, so if you’re looking to adopt a pet, please do your research thoroughly before shopping. Other than that, the supplies are great, everything you could ever need for all ages and types of animals.
Brilliant service and advice. We got all the bits we needed for our new kitten and the advisor showed us the app and now to save some money. Was very impressed and will go back for our supplies.
My partner and I went into the shop yesterday to pick up a few things for our puppy. We were assisted by a shop assistant named Grace.
