Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. Please use this pharmacy & avoid others, i honestly can't rate the overall effectiveness & amazing team they have there. You should all feel so proud, the manager/big bosses too. Thank you”

“I have been a Tesco's Chineham pharmacy customer for many years and have never had any problems at all, reading these reviews it's like most of you are talking about a completely different shop. I have always found the staff polite, kind, knowledgeable and always friendly and courteous. I have my monthly repeat prescription collected and issued through them every month and my repeat has 13 items on it, all my drugs are always there when I need to collect them never any issues. The staff there are brilliant helping me and assisting me over the years. They know me by name and I know most of them. This pharmacy has many services available such as: Blood Pressure Flue Jabs Pharmacy 1st General Health Advice And a Consultation Room. I advise you all to give this place another go as they have always been brilliant to me and my family. I would happily give them a 5 out of 5 all day long every day.”
