   Shocking service. Turned up for my Covid and flu jab at 9am to stand around like an idiot for 25 mins. The team have no organisation so the chemist was simply letting anyone in the room without looking at the list. I walked out. Also note that the place is filthy.

   This pharmacy is great. The staff are friendly and helpful and the waiting times are not long at all compared to other chemist i have used, i have other chemist closer to me but I would sooner travel to this one. Id recommend it to anyone. Thank you cohens keep up the good work

   Everyone is slow, like they are all high everything is taking so long. Last time I waited 30min for tube of cream to be put in a paper bag, to then discover my prescription was ready for more than a day. But no one could be bothered to send a text, like they say they do. Take some vitamins from your shelves.

   Tried to call them on the 28th October & continually ever since without success. No one in Cohens head Office seemed to know what was going on with their Crown Heights Branch. Eventually got them to answer the phone today 5th November. I am only glad my medication wasn’t urgent. Dreadful Service I might have to look for a different Pharamacy if this is how they treat their patients. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

   Joke Shop. Just not a funny one. Supposed to be a late night pharmacy, open until 11pm weeknights. Yet on several occasions recently they have been closing around 6pm. Something that you have no way of knowing until you arrive there. I do appreciate the efforts you have gone to by putting a notice in the window stating that you will be closing early that night. Maybe I should have got there earlier so that I would have seen the notice prior to you closing and therefore collect my prescription instead of arriving after your early closure. That would mean that the notice was of no benefit to anyone whatsoever. And there was me thinking that you need to have at least a little intelligence to be a pharmacist.

   Although NHS 111 sent me here on a Sunday for an urgent prescription, it turned out that they are closed on Sundays. The big sign outside suggests that they are open but the sign on the door says No. Wouldn't have been so bad if NHS 111 hadn't previously sent me to the Lloyds pharmacy in Chineham, which also turned out to be unexpectedly closed.
