They were quite quick to dispense the meds (20 minutes) and in that time one of the front desk staff's expression never changed from "I'm not happy to be here"
Used to be good until the rebrand. Dropped a prescription over Friday and they had to order it in (not an issue), ordered a normal repeat item on the app. Went to collect both today and only one was there. Charged once. I opened the bag there and surprise surprise both were in the bag. Get billed for the second but only because they saw it in the bag. They had no idea how many items were in the bag which is worrying!! Lady manning the counter wasn’t very helpful. Moved to another pharmacy as I can’t be made to feel stupid again. Prescription label also has a very old landline phone number on it (a number I have never given them, isn’t on my nhs record and relates to my parents house and was cut off 3 years ago) so data retention is an issue too
They are under new management and it's a disgrace. We just went to get items missing from my mums prescription we collected a few days ago, to be told they couldn't find it, told us that they had been ordered to "brake every thing down and put them back on the shelves" they hadn't even given us a note of what was missing!! Absolute shambles, now I have to contact GP and explain and hope they can reissue!!! Changing pharmacy for sure!!!!
I always find that when I pick up my prescriptions or need advice, the ladies always go above and beyond to help. They must be so stressed with the amount of work they have to do, and I've noticed first hand the angry customers who give the ladies a hard time. This is a very positive review and thank all who work there.

Went into pharmacy at 1.30 told prescription would be done in 15 minutes came back after half hour still not ready had to wait another 45 minutes not very good
The counter stuff is so rude especially Rachel very unhelpful miserable makes you feel unwelcome. Zero stars if I could.
I have used this pharmacy since it opened but sadly in the last few years they have gone down hill. The pharmasist seem very helpful but the counter staff are very rude and unpleasant i thought that the sign they have that says we do not have to take any form of abuse worked both way but sadly not
The counter staff here need a lesson in customer care. They are rude and insensitive, talk down to you, don’t smile or say hello and generally give the impression that you are an inconvenience. On the last 3 occasions I have collected my prescription, I have had to wait as it is “just being done” or I’m told to come back later. This is despite waiting a week after ordering it. More than enough time. To validate my comments, I was a qualified senior nurse in the NHS for 35 years and was a trainer for the JAC medications system to nurses and medical staff (junior doctors)
