   Many of the vets here are lovely, but if you are putting your pet down, please do not book with Nathalie Fellows. We had a very distressing experience, and I personally do not think she should handle end-of-life care. She was cold and lacking in empathy. When we arrived, she seemed shocked that we were there to put our cat down and even asked why we were there. She did not explain the process at all. Once the cannula was in, she was ready to put our cat to sleep on the table without letting us know what was happening, giving us time to say goodbye, or asking if we wanted to hold her. Everything felt rushed. Afterward, she took our cat away immediately, leaving us with no time at all. It was an awful experience. Please don’t let your pet’s final moments be ruined—book with one of the other vets instead.

   All the staff at Firgrove are amazing, caring and very tolerant of us super demanding dog lovers. I feel lucky to have such nice people looking after our boy and they have really gone the extra mile to accommodate us through difficult times.

   Very impressed. They fit me in earlier than the online appt I'd made, just in case my dog needed stitches. And they were inexpensive and unobtrusive. I was really happy with their respectful, and professional manner. My dog also really liked the vet that treated her cut foot. Despite the pain, she let the vet treat her foot, and we were out so quickly.
