Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldnβt do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they canβt do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.

My absolute favorite veterinary practice in Leicester. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful the staff has been in helping our sweet kitty Fish go from a neglected stray to a loved baby. Thank you guys so much!!

Went today with my dog after she's was crying in pain and limping. The vet made me feel absolutely awful was raising her voice at me almost shouting, I had to ask her to stop shouting at me. She told me my dog was over dramatic and needed pain relief and wanted to send us home. I pushed to get an x Ray as the dogs foot was nearly pointing sideways. They finally agreed. When we returned they told us the dogs leg was completely broken, both bones had snapped in the same place. I was to scared to go in myself after the way spoke to me and made me feel when I dropped her off that my husband went in. She was just as rude to him and refused to put our dog down and made us feel absolutely awful. We went to another vets afterwards who were brilliant and very understanding. My husband had to email a complaint about the vet, and we will be moving vets after this traumatic experience. The only thing is the receptionist was very nice and stepped in when the vet was shouting at me. She was also very helpful with my husband. Other than that absolutely worst vet I have ever encountered. Vets name is Dana Ulman Receptionist name is Sam Blackshaw

After my cat became extremely sick I moved him to Broughton vets after poor advice from another vet surgery. Rebecca has been fantastic and was happy to spend a lot of time discussing possible treatment approaches. Round the clock treatment care at home and Rebecca's treatment plan essentially saved his life.

We have been using the vets for all our pets over many years prior to becoming part of the Broughton group and the staff are always very approachable, friendly and helpful. They were so caring when we lost of beloved Doberman and are now helping ensure our new puppies veterinary needs are met with the same dedication.

Took our dog here today for surgery (not our usual branch) and the vet becky and the nurses were SO lovely and caring. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby.

Visited with my elderly dog 16 years old, who is falling over in pain, has dementia, and forgets heβs been fed, took lots of courage to take him as I feared the worse, they made me feel like the worst pet owner in the world because I wanted what was best for him even if that was putting him to sleep. They said I have a duty of care and wonβt put him to sleep until they have tried other things. They made me feel I was doing what was best for me and not him, I left crying and was made to feel like I didnβt care for him when Iβve had him his whole life and he is very much loved, Iβm a nurse and would never make anyone feel like that. I found the vet rude and dismissive of my concerns regarding a black lump on his side I was told dogs get lumps, Hes been seen twice before for a tremble I was told itβs just his breed now Iβve been told itβs pain related and heβs been given an injection, please listen to your clients and donβt fob them off.
