This store is really lovely I visit all the time. My dog is nervous and today I took him into the shop for some social training. Sheryl was great, she helped me fit a new headcollar for him, slowly interacted with him, brought him treats - so helpful and lovely! I always pop in and buy something to treat my dog they have a great selection.
Sheryl & Sally are absolutely brilliant. I went to the shop for help with everything basically for an adorable rescue dog that im picking up Monday 22nd December and they were brilliant with advice & so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I spent over £100 and im taking my dog into see them on Monday for more items. Will definitely be our regular place to shop. Thank you Sheryl & Sally. See you soon. X
Great customer service, very good selection of cat food and accessories. We were able to finder food for our cat with digestive problems, at a very reasonable price. You can always check stock availability on-line, which is very helpful. Highly recommend purchasing you pet food here. Food quality is great and our cats love it.
This pet store is fabulous. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about both the products and animals. My dachshund puppy has been to some puppy play sessions too. These are outstanding. Thank you!! Any pet owner must visit Pets Corner, Stapleton!!
100% recommend this pet shop to anyone! Sally who was working was very helpful with the best suncream for my dog and also giving me some tips on the hot weather! Friendly staff, clean store and very well organised.

Went into the store the other day. The place was really tidy, positive atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to find the item in which I needed Would shop here again :)
Quality materials but overpriced in the extreme. First time I went in the shop there was a very knowledgeable girl who spoke to me at length about cats and the type of cat she had and the food they ate and provided recommendations. I have been in there twice since, today included, same girl plus one other assistant just stand behind to talking to themselves, not interacting with customers, I said hello as I walked into the shop and smiled, they just completely ignored me today and on the previous occasion. They’re more concerned with talking about their holidays and gossiping about the customer who came in prior to me. She was returning a catflap System of her once they had the shop to themselves, apart from me, was extreme! Seem to be very two-faced assistance who just do not care about the customers. Wonder how they feel about the animals? Avoid the shop it’s not worth the lack of interaction, save your money and go elsewhere
Hi, i happened on your store on Wednesday whilst shopping with a friend. I decided to pop in for a collar for my dog. I was greeted by two of the friendliest ladies, Emma and Sophie. They were eager to help and their warmth and kindness is a credit to your establishment! The collar I had chosen was the wrong size, so I called the store to have the correct size put to one side for me. This was not a problem, i returned with my dog and had the collar fitted and enjoyed my visit immensely! I also noticed that the store was immaculate! Many thanks Pets Corner,I shall return!
