   Went to use the field I had hired for my dog and my son’s dog. The field is huge and has picnic tables. While other fields I’ve been to have water I couldn’t see any so take a bottle for your dog. They do have plenty of bowls. The pet store is great and the customer assistants are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things to you. I also have a tortoise and large snail. Well worth going to. Can be expensive but they have lots of items that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.

   The pet shop itself is good, I would recommend that to anyone. It stocks plenty of choice for both raw and dry dog food. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Reason for the three star rating is that the shop also has an ability field for hire which is not regularly maintained. At time of writing it costs £15.50 to hire the field for an hour. The grass has not been well cut in a long time, making it unsafe for proper use. Video attached.

   Can't fault them except that they don't answer the phone. Wonderful staff and a good range of animal bits and pieces in the shop. Today for the first time we used the secure dog field. Our dogs had a wonderful time and we enjoyed it too secure in the knowledge that they couldn't escape. Excellent value for money and none of the difficulties we never overcame with other similar facilities. January 2023 - I have just discovered that it is possible to book the dog field online - much more convenient. They are beyond praise except they really need to answer that phone.

   Visited a few times now, each time the staff were welcoming and approachable. The store itself is laid out in a way that's really easy to navigate, making finding what you need a breeze. On top of this, their prices are fair aswell.

   Had an hours basic obedience training with Gary this morning, very good session. Put into practise what we had learned straight away. Marshall likes to pull, however it didn't take him long to stop pulling with such a simple and easy to learn technique. Thank you for your help today. Best £50 I've spent for an hour. Would definitely recommend Gary. Now to train the kids. X

   Great pet shop. Been a regular since i moved to the area. Great stock for anything to do with reptiles or arachnids.. great bioactive setup supplier... probably the best pet shop in Leicestershire. Got all these enclosures for my spiders from here.
