   Visited this store yesterday to grab essentials for our new puppy. We needed some advice, so we approached this lovely lady called Debbie who was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She took the time to go over all of our options for grooming kits and bathing equipment. We could not of asked for a better experience in store. Also, another member of staff, Nathan, was also amazing and friendly, by helping us find the food isle as we're not local to store and went in completely new and lost. Thank you guys!

   Only good if you have a cat or dog. Went in for livefood for our exotic and was disappointed. Everything was long dead and hadn't been fed. Overpriced considering you can buy great quality live food at independent stores for a lot cheaper.

   Friendly staff, very pleasant and helpful when collecting an online order and extra shopping. Only slight mark down is that I wasn't asked if I needed a hand to and into the car. With six large bags should be a basic question to all. As it is I can manage but others may have difficulties and this is a basic question for good customer service imo

   Friendly and helpful staffs, store is clean, lots of great products for different animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fishes, birds, etc.) many good deals and bargains, books about animals, tips about different issues and hot to keep animals well…. Everything u need for a pet. Vet for pets in store, located upstairs with customer lift and stairs. Free car parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children spaces, as it’s in a shopping area, do watch out the length of time you can stay.
