“We had the nicest experience going to find our first ever snake. We still had many questions all of which were answered so nicely and patiently. Didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want (like a certain other Reptile Shop we visited). We felt so welcomed and just genuinely like our custom was wanted. “Swapped from James Well beloved light to jubilees own brand senior dry dog food at a1/4 of the price,the dogs love it and it's crunchy which is really helping the dogs teeth as well as keeping them clean,it's a winner so will stick with it.perfect product specially made by jubilee who seem to have the knowledge.”

“Very pleased with the new prescription collection service, especially for repeat prescriptions. Definitely a step forward and a huge improvement in Customer Service. I always thought the old method of visiting the Pharmacy to request a prescription to be made up and then having to hang around or call in to collect at another time was very inefficient and seemed to lead to congestion near the counter. I can’t fault the service I receive from all employees. They are always warm and friendly and seem very conscientious.”

“Have had a Tagiffany tag for my RGT adopted beautiful greyhound and absolutely delighted with it. So much so, I ordered a different one for my friend's dog when they moved house. She now looks very smart and is safer with contact details clearly displayed. Thank you for a brilliant product and quick service. When I get my second greyhound I will be coming to you again. The tiny bit more to pay is well worth it as the cheap tags from pet shops don't last and the pound or two extra gives you a very high quality tag that will last forever, staying clear to read and keeping your dog traceable.”
