I've been with Patel's pharmacy on Nabourough Road in Leicester for some time now & Working with Patels is a dream come true due to the amazing staff that work there! They have great attitudes & are very polite & very friendly & very helpful! They're efficient & they always make the effort to answer the phone as soon as they can! I've always got through & been able to check on the progress of my prescriptions! Before collecting! after many years of difficulty with my previous pharmacy for 10 years I appreciate the staff At Patels very very much!!!

The service at this chemist is truly outstanding. I have never experienced this level of care anywhere else. All credit goes to the owner, and especially to Mo and his wonderful team - they are always helpful, professional, and kind. I feel very lucky to be with them. A big thank you for your exceptional service. On my recent visit, I went to collect my wife’s prescription, but it hadn’t been received from our GP yet. Mo checked their system, advised me to contact the GP, and kindly offered to deliver the medication to my home as soon as it arrived. Thank you, Mo and the team, for going above and beyond. Your support is genuinely appreciated. Amry

Im a regular customer at Patels and have usual consultations. However I am appalled at my most recent visit with the pharmacy in which I had a consultation with shazia irshad who was above and beyond unprofessional and rude . I understand there were procedures to be followed however her mannerisms and tone were condescending and inappropriate. I was genuinely in pain and she made everything 10x more difficult . I advice if popping in for a consultation asking for mr Patel himself as I’ve never experienced such issues with him . Again I am fully aware that due to certain rules and regulations all requests cannot be carried out however the behaviour displayed was genuinely shocking .

A place to avoid. Stuff has been rude, and acted without any compassion, on my pain. Shame...but I will never come second time on that place!

First visit for some anti-sickness medication and a pretty disappointing experience it turned out to be. The two women in the back seemed to be busy, and so managed to attract the attention of a young lad working in the front. Advised him that we required anti-sickness medication due to vomiting and not being able to keep anything down. He asked what the symptoms were and we simply repeated not being able to keep anything down and vomiting, to which he replied, from your eyes? We looked at one another and wondered if you were in the right place. In any case, he went and asked the pharmacist who advised particular packet of medication. He then tried to locate it on the shelf for a couple of minutes, and then proceeded with trying to place a new till roll into the credit card machine. Once that laborious ordeal was over, and we were charged £10.74, he then advised that we had been overcharged. He asked his colleagues for help with regard to the £3 something refund and none of them really knew what to do. I was asked by the Oriental lady to swipe my card for the refund, when trying to do so, she then told me to tap. By this time, we were all thoroughly confused and I simply asked for some form of refund receipt, in case the transaction did not go through. I was duly informed to simply walk back into the shop if it did not appear in my bank account, (like I haven’t got better things to be doing). When I asked for a refund receipt, I was told there wasn’t one and that they were having problems with their till. Safe to say, it was a bit of an interesting and peculiar experience. The Oriental lady seemed more interested in telling customers to hurry up, as they would be closing very shortly. No refund has appeared at present, £10.74 is hugely expensive for a tiny box of medication. I’m not sure I have the wherewithal to return for the refund. Business owner, the above is not meant to be anything but constructive. It sincerely was a comedy of errors.

Received my booster vaccine here this morning. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. I managed to time it when there was no queue, but all very efficient even when there is a queue. Watch out for parking nearby, some residents only spaces, some paid. I found a free 1 hour space at the top of Westcotes Drive

Went to the Jalaram centre to receive my covid booster from patels chemist, what a lovely service people all smiling and happy, talking throughout my appointment, John was lovely, polite and efficient I couldn't leave a suggestion for better service as I was very pleased. While I was waiting after having my jab a gentleman got very irate with the vaccination staff and again they are handling the situation very professionally! Well done on providing such a great service!!! Will be recommending to family and friends
