Lovely warm welcome from the recently new owners. Very knowledgable and supportive in explaining about water testing and establishment of new tank. Great to hear their devotion the actual fish and the boundaries they have in place of settling in the fish. Beautiful selection and love our new family members… will be back soon.
As a first time fish owner we did ALOT of research on how to get a tank set up ready to get fish, we went to friends in soggy homes to get our fish, despite getting two discus for our first fish and had no knowledge the lady who helped up was sooo kind and knowledgeable advising a few fish that will go well with our discus and then after a week of ensuring our first few fish was okay and the tank cycle was taking well to the new load we went back and let them know our situation and told them we wanted more display fish for the tank and we got what they was suggesting, we also got some live plants and let them know we not the best with plants and they advised us on the best highly low maintenance plants and even the plants are thriving as well as the fish we love our tank and plan on getting a lovely huge tank in the near future, and hoping to get it from them as we 100% trust them to help look after us and ensure we are going to have the best success with our new tank in the future
Have nothing but respect for this place I've been coming here since I was little when it was Boot Aquatics I'm 43 now wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff are great and very knowledgeable. I bought alot of stuff from them recently and any hiccups that occurred I went in and spoke to them directly and was met with nothing but kindness yes I had to buy some extra bits but it helped and sorted the problem. My new tank is thriving and never looked better 10/10 for service 10/10 for knowledge alm the fish are well kept and always have the stock when needed.

Rang them today 12/12/2022 regarding my pond liner that has split absolutely honest and helpful never tried to sell me any thing told me to wait until spring and put my five fish that are 23years old in my neighbours pond thanks again

Absolutely love coming here, lovely and friendly, very knowledgeable staff. My friends recommended the store as they'd been going there and I later found out its where my mum always went when I was a kid. Won't get my fish from anywhere else, I love going in and seeing all the fish options available.
